Rounded is a free theme I’ve created to take advantage of some new options in CSS and Web Kit. This theme consists of strictly HTML and CSS. No images. Rounded was designed to look best in Safari 3+ but it should look fine in Firefox 3+ as well.  Rounded also takes full advantage of Helvetica, but relies on Arial as a back up if your machine is typographically challenged.
